SHIPPING :

Shipping Rate: Shipping costs vary depending on package weight, enter in shipping information in checkout.

BUNDLE SHIPPING: Combine separate Live Sale shipping orders during the month once your bundle reaches 6 items we will ship to you for the flat rate of only $25. 

 

  • International customers are responsible for customs expenses. 

 

   - How long will it take to receive my order? 

Canada Shipments: 5-7 business days. Handling time varies 1-3 days. 

International: 7-10 business days. 

Once Order has been sent you will receive a tracking # for you to track your order.

  • Canada Post is experiencing some delays in transit and may cause your order to be delayed. We cannot guarantee arrival dates at this time, so please allow additional time for deliveries, thank you!

 

SIZING :

Check the brand of the item you are interested in, you can search the brands sizing list on the brands retail website.  We do accurately examine each item and sometimes will describe a size as for example xsm-sm fit or med-lrg fit. 

 

BUY IT NOW PROGRAM :

We are now offering Buy it Now for our pre loved clothing selection, Contact us on Facebook or Instagram to chat with us about our buy it now program & how you can get paid for your clothing! 

 

RETURNS :

LOCAL: Contact us within 24 hours after you receive your item & once the item is brought back within 7 days after notifying us then we can exchange for a credit for future purchases. Return Credits can only be used for website purchases through social media message request, pickup location shopping and any social media for sale posts. Return credits can not be used for live sale purchases.  

 

ONLINE: No Returns for online orders due to items not fitting. Returns will be excepted if we did not describe the item correctly for example: item arrives defected and it was not mentioned on the website or in photos or you receive the wrong item. We carefully check over each item if this happens please contact us at essentialedgeclothing@gmail.com & we will resolve the issue.
