Here are a few helpful tips to make the live sale fun and easy!

LIVE SALE RULES
1) Follow us on our FACEBOOK page Essential Edge Clothing you will need to turn on your notifications & follow our page to receive notifications about the live sale! Link: www.facebook.com/essentialedgeclothing
2) To buy an item you must type the # of the item we announce for that item and then sold for example: #120 - SOLD the first person to comment gets the item!
3) Please do not comment SOLD unless you are serious about purchasing the item.
4) If you do have any questions about the items being featured in the live sale ask away don't be shy, comment your questions and we will try our best to respond! It's best to ask the questions while we are still wearing the items that way we can describe (fabric, feel and fit.)
5) Payment is due within 24 hours after the time you receive your invoice: if you receive your invoice on Friday at 4:00 pm payment for your invoice is due by Saturday at 4:00pm. If payment is not made you will loose those items they will go to the next person who would like them and you loose your entries into the giveaway.
6) SHIPPING? If you are not local Shipping varies depending on package weight and location. Bundle shipping: Combine separate Live Sale shipping orders during the month once your bundle reaches 6 items we will ship to you for the flat rate of only $25. Local Pickup available at our local store.
7) Giveaways: Each live sale may feature different giveaways once everyone has paid within the 24 hours the winners will be announced on our next live sale!
8) Rule: No exchange credits can be applied to Live Sale Invoices.
9) No refunds. We offer store credits as we understand sometimes sizing can be different. We do ask once your item is paid at local pickup to try on in the fitting rooms, if it does not fit then we can switch out your item for a store credit that does not expire.
